Service Description

By booking this charter, you agree that you have read and accepted all terms & conditions below. Alcohol THE QUEEN CITY RIVERBOAT COMPANY IS LICENSED TO SERVE ALCOHOL. PLEASE INFORM GUESTS THAT ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED TO BE BROUGHT ABOARD. VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY COULD RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR CRUISE WITHOUT REFUND. Bartenders and waitresses are provided on all private charter cruises for proper drink service. Deposit A deposit of $1,000 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due seven (7) days prior to cruise date, unless previous billing arrangements have been made. Sales Tax All sales are subject to Kentucky 6% sales tax. Gratuity Catered events will be subject to an automatic 18% gratuity charge. Waiver The passengers assume the risk of, and agree that Queen City Riverboat Co. Inc., shall not be liable and held harmless for any injury or death to the passengers or loss or damage to the passengers personal property unless any such occurrence shall be due, in part or in whole, to the negligence or misconduct of the Queen City Riverboat Co. Inc. Unforeseen Circumstances If, on account of any dangers of navigation, accident, weather, mechanical failure or any other cause whatsoever, it is unsafe, in the absolute judgment of the Master of the Vessel, the Client hereby releases Queen City Riverboat Co., Inc. from any damages resulting from nonperformance. Queen City Riverboat Co., Inc., may at its option, provide all other contracted services. If Queen City Riverboat Co., Inc., are unable to perform the services outlined within this Agreement, expressly including the riverboat cruising aspect of the event, all fees provided to Queen City Riverboat Co., Inc., by Charterer shall be returned to Charterer. Queen City Riverboats has the right to change vessels, to a comparable vessel if needed, with notification to the Charterer. Regulations The passengers shall be bound by and comply with all rules and regulations established by Queen City Riverboat Co. Inc., the Master of the Vessel, and the U.S. Coast Guard. Damages The Client shall reimburse and indemnify Queen City Riverboat Co. Inc., for any damages to the vessel by its guests caused due to the direct actions of the individual guest(s). Excessive Noise Passengers found to be making excessive noise from car stereos, DJ equipment, or similar items in the confines of the Queen City Riverboats parking lot prior to boarding will be subject to a five hundred dollar fine.


Cancellation Policy

If the Client does not notify Queen City Riverboat Co., Inc. in writing of its desire to cancel this contract more than Sixty (60) days before the day of the charter, the Client shall forfeit the entire deposit.
